My class was taken to The National Portrait Gallery today in London to do some sketches and find inspiration. And of course I was blown away. I walked downstairs and turned a corner into a small dark room and see dead birds, rats, and moss balled up on a tall wooden stick. My eyes wandered just behind it to see the silhouette of the one and only Isabella Blow. This piece of art was disturbing, but strangely beautiful.
